ABOUT US
Malcolm – DJ. He is a bit of an 80’s fan but primarily deals with Equipment set up, Electrical support and Music Library compilation for us.
Tom – DJ. He is the ‘Dance’ Guru but primarily deals with Website design, I.T and Marketing for us.

Demon.Beat uses only quality equipment (Mackie SRM Powerpack # 2 V2 – 1400WRMS Active Sound System) to make sure that you enjoy a quality sound experience that can be adjusted and balanced to suit your choice of venue.
The amount of equipment used will be adjusted according to the size of your venue.

We’ve increased our sound output!!
The addition of 2 new extra Mackie 450v2 speakers now enables us to pump out a whopping 2300WRMS if required. This means that we can now accommodate large venues, marquees and wide open spaces in the knowledge that you experience quality sound wherever you are!

To add to your entertainment we have a range of quality lighting effects and Lasers that can be enhanced by a haze machine whenever possible (subject to venue restrictions)
Demon Beat has full Public Liability Insurance and PAT Certification and those involved have been CRB Checked for your peace of mind.
Your Demon Beat DJ will play you a good mix of Pop, Disco, Dance, R & B, and Rock. Perhaps our greatest accolade is that we play something for everyone!
If you require just Dubstep and club mixes at your party then please don’t book Demon Beat and we think this type of Music is best left to the Club DJ’s as it’s too restrictive for a varied age range.
All our tracks are legally purchased/downloaded and we have approx 12,500 on our system but please remember that we don’t have every track ever produced! We also have only a minimal number of pre 1970 tracks. This is purely because the quality of recording isn’t great.
Your booking confirmation will ask you to let us have any specific track/genre requests that you have in mind prior to your event so please do let us have this information to prevent any disappointment on the day.
With your permission we will usually circulate request cards at your event to encourage your guests to participate.
We love a bit of ‘cheese’ and through experience, we know that you will have guests who will too - but if you feel differently, please let us know.
Your DJ will be mostly silent. He will not offer observations of your guests behaviour nor will he read out endless track dedications because with us…..
‘It’s all about the Music’
Your DJ will of course make any formal announcements as per your instructions – introduce the first dance, let your guests know when refreshments are available etc but if you are looking for a talkative Guy who constantly interrupts good music then please do not book Demon Beat.
Demon Beat staff attire is casual ‘Black’ with polo shirts embroidered with ‘Demon Beat and the contact phone number/ web address’. If you would prefer a more formal approach then please let us know because we can wear shirt and tie or ‘black tie’ if deemed more appropriate.
