TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit  
To secure your booking we require a £25.00 non refundable deposit by cheque – payable to Malcolm C Findell
Payment 
The balance must be paid on the night by either cash or cheque. Alternatively you can make payment by bank transfer in advance. You will be sent a receipt in the post / by email automatically.
Power
A minimum of 2 safe unshared 240volt 13amp standard power sockets must be available within close proximity to the required set up area/stage. We will not be held liable for any power shortage eg/ power cut.
Sound monitors
Please let us know if there is a sound monitor in place at your choice of venue. Venues in residential areas often have these and the volume of our equipment will have to be reduced accordingly this results in a less ‘meaty’bass to your music.
Space
Please make sure that a set up space is readily available on our arrival and that there is safe access for us. Please note that a £10 additional charge will be applied for 1st floor venues without a lift or for awkward/restricted/lengthy access. Should the start time of the event be delayed due to restricted access or by any other factor beyond our control, we are not liable to provide a percentage refund.
Safety and Abuse
Please note that if our DJ is threatened any way either verbally or physically or if our equipment is mindfully damaged, we reserve the right to dismantle and vacate your venue without refund.
Supervision
Adequate supervision must be provided for children and you are responsible for the supervision of your adult guests. Any damage caused to our equipment by anybody at your event will be your responsibility and you will be billed for replacement accordingly.
Music
All track requests on the night are subject to availability and we reserve the right not to play anything deemed unsuitable or that includes swearing.
Parking
Safe parking away from the public highway must be made available for our 4x4 vehicle and supporting trailer.
Client Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel our services you are required to do so via telephone as soon as possible. Your deposit is non refundable but a further charge will not be asked for.
